Order information
Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you have to receive an order faster, inform us when making your purchase and every effort will be made to finish and ship your item(s) sooner; in some instances this may involve an additional fee. If you want a specific ring size or chain length, contact us before placing your order to confirm that your request can be filled.
About Our Stones
Please note that we will do our best to choose matching stones in our jewelry; however, keep in mind that all stones vary to some degree in color, size and shape. The images on our web site represent our best effort to portray the color, shape and size of each piece of jewelry, but since the image of the item on your computer screen is dependent on the graphic capability of your computer and/or monitor, we cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and colors can vary depending on your monitor.
Shipping
The shipping fee is $8.00 per package, which includes delivery confirmation and insurance. All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. For customers requiring international shipments outside of the United States, please contact us directly at hello@sugajewelry.com .
NOTE: Suga Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with U.S. Postal Service. We will of course, supply any documentation and information necessary for submission of your claim.

Suga Jewelry accepts all major credit cards /debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay and accepts payments from customers with or without PayPal accounts.

Sales Tax
A 8.5% sales tax is required for all California residents and will be automatically added to their order. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.
Return Policy
Suga Jewelry wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging for store credit; refunds are not offered. The jewelry must be returned in the ORIGINAL condition as it was received. Custom orders are final and are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for returned merchandise.
